Piano- students will learn basic theory and instruction
Voice- students will learn breathing techniques and warm-ups
Dance- students will learn a variety of dance skills (if the schedule permits, students will offer a performance at the end of the camp)
Drama- students will learn and identify theatrical techniques
Poetry- students will learn how to write rhymes, and study the
works of Poets
Sign Language- (one of our highlighted features) students will learn
greetings, vocabulary, and role playing














We are pleased to announce our newest program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth entitled, "Deaf Kids Enterprise".  Students will learn how to start a business, arts and crafts, dining etiquette, and more.  Students will receive a certificate of completion and attend a field trip.  This program will serve as a component to enhance social skills and leadership development.  Enroll your child today!  Camps are currently offered at the YWCA.

If These Hands Could Talk hosts a variety of workshops, events, and programs for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Hearing Communities.  Individuals, corporations, religious groups, educational facilities, professional service providers, and youth organizations are strongly encouraged to take part in our upcoming festivities.  Our mission is to decrease the language barriers between the hearing and hearing impaired.  With over 90,000 hearing impaired people in the State of Michigan alone, the need and demand for sign language is becoming more popular.
